Ms. Carol Donnelly, Managing
Director of CSM, has over 20 years of market experience in the medical industry. Ms.
Donnelly has held management positions in market research, business development, and market management
at such major corporations as The Kendall Company, Pfizer, CR Bard, and Johnson & Johnson. She has
